Soft skills accelerators [mars 2020]

"Soft skills", a notion which was coined at a US Army conference in the 70's [1],  is a key notion to develop one's employability, recruit a team member, or plan for one's team competences.

The Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, a world class university supervised by Ministère des armées (French DoD),  has been provided its students with soft skills training since its inception [2].

To accelerate soft skills, several solutions are proposed :
  • face-to-face training
  • online training
  • digital workspace
  • design canvases
  • sets of genuine playing cards.
With online training, some interactive tool such as the "empathic quizz" can bring added value.
The objective of the emphatic quizz  is to 





Of course, the type of accelerator chosen depends on the targeted soft skills.

For collective evaluation, a digital workspace can be useful ;
for creativity, a design canvas might meet expectation.




But when you look after empathy and courage soft skills,  how about taking an experience with Hic Nunc & together, a set of genuine playing cards [3] ?

Nomination 2014 et Trophée 2015

La pédagogie "Short MOOCs en Réseau" a été retenue par la plateforme d'innovation ouverte de l'association Pacte PME recherchant pour le compte d'une entreprise membre un outil innovant de transformation numérique des ressources humaines.

L'innovation frugale du "Personal MOOC" a été élue Trophée IT Innovation Forum, catégorie Enterprise Mobility / Collaboratif, par les membres du CRIP (une association de responsables d'infrastructure et de production informatique) présents au forum le 27 janvier dernier.
