Two definitions for Agile marketing : trigger event and trigger capability [fev 2019]






The notion of "trigger event" has been put forwards by McKinsey to describe what  Agile automation at scale is [1]

Such 'Trigger Event" can be
  • an images search ouput [2], 
  • a browsing behaviour, 
  • a sale order, 
  • a proposal response mute,... [3]
