An heutagogy for upskilling / reskilling : the Enterprise Adventure Game [aug 2021]

The academic litterature has identified 3 learning approaches :  
  • pedagogy
  • andragogy
  • heutagogy" [1].

These approaches might be defined by answering two governance questions [2] that arise when an enterprise [representative] and an employee convenes to define a upskilling/reskilling curriculum : 

  1. what are the objectives of the upskilling / reskilling curriculum ? 
  2. what are the means to engage ?

In an Enterprise Adventure Game, an heutagogic training session [3], both responsibilities are owned by the employee.
