The objective of an Enterprise Adventure Game is to increase, through an heutagogic approach, the skills of the trainees, both as individual and as a team [1].

The 9 team players of an Enterprise Adventure Game are :

  3. the Enterprise Adventure Game Special Guest

  5. the personal coaches
  6. the academic professors
  7. the seasoned professionals

1. The Enterprise Adventure Game Experience Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the experience resulting from the engagement of the team of trainees.

2. The team of trainees engage their time to improve their skills, both as individual and as a team.

3. The Enterprise Adventure Game Special Guest increases the value and fun of the Enterprise Adventure Game by sharing insights of his experience.

4. The Enterprise Adventure Game Master
  • imagines several scenarios
  • defines the time line of the experience

6. The personal coaches help trainees to develop their soft skills by using the various digital and physical tools of the workspace during the Enterprise Adventure Game sessions.

7. The seasoned professionals are line managers or consultants who have hands-on experience of the possible subjects to be addressed during the Enterprise Avdenture Game session. They suggest course of actions along the Entreprise Adventure Game.

8. The Enterprise Adventure Game Staff
  • provides for the experience materials
  • ensures the physical and digital workspaces are available and operational.
9. The Enterprise Adventure Game Copyright Protection Officer [2]
  • ensures that authors, academic professors, staff and other third parties are acknowledged for their contribution to the Enterprise Adventure Game experience.

Nomination 2014 et Trophée 2015

La pédagogie "Short MOOCs en Réseau" a été retenue par la plateforme d'innovation ouverte de l'association Pacte PME recherchant pour le compte d'une entreprise membre un outil innovant de transformation numérique des ressources humaines.

L'innovation frugale du "Personal MOOC" a été élue Trophée IT Innovation Forum, catégorie Enterprise Mobility / Collaboratif, par les membres du CRIP (une association de responsables d'infrastructure et de production informatique) présents au forum le 27 janvier dernier.
