These approaches might be defined by answering two governance questions [2] that arise when an enterprise [representative] and an employee convenes to define a upskilling/reskilling curriculum :
- what are the objectives of the upskilling / reskilling curriculum ?
- what are the means to engage ?
In an Enterprise Adventure Game, an heutagogic training session [3], both responsibilities are owned by the employee.
